To view our latest Audit and the IRS Form 990, please visit our financial documents page at or here. As a charitable institution, exempt from income tax, we are required to file Form 990 with the Federal Government and the financial information is presented in accordance with IRS regulations. 

Audit: Each year, an Audit and Investment Committee retains and meets with an independent accounting firm that conducts the annual audit. The Audit and Investment Committee meets with the auditor to discuss findings. Our financial statements with related footnotes are prepared in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles.

Federal form 990: The Form 990 is filed with the Internal Revenue Service. It has financial data from our audit as well as information on our management structure, sources of support, program activities, and compliance with regulations.
