The "I Have a Dream"/AmeriCorps partnership is collaboration between "I Have a Dream," Notre Dame AmeriCorps (NDA), and the Corporation for National and Community Service (CNCS).

NDA and CNCS provides funding and program support that enables "I Have a Dream" to recruit AmeriCorps members to serve communities and youth. Members will help further our ability to deliver services in literacy and/or transitions to the youth in our program (Dreamers) and their families. More information on AmeriCorps is available at www.americorps.gov; more information on Notre Dame AmeriCorps is here: ndmva.org.

Currently, there are nine active "I Have a Dream" classes serving over 500 Dreamers in Boulder County (Boulder, Lafayette, and Longmont) and Weld County (Frederick). Two of the after-school and summer programs are located in low-income public housing sites and seven are school-based at local elementary, middle, and high schools.

Meet our 2016-2017 AmeriCorps members!
