2013 Luncheon Highlights

Thanks to everyone who attended this year's Dream-Maker Luncheon held on Thursday, October 3 at the Omni Interlocken Resort in Broomfield. We had a tremendous turnout of over 675 people, making this another record-breaking event! Dreamers, supporters, and Dreamer parents presented testimonials about how the program is helping change lives -- their own and their families. And, U.S. Secretary of Education Arne Duncan, a former class sponsor for "I Have A Dream" in Chicago, provided a special video welcome, which you can watch below. You can read more about the event in the Daily Camera.

While many attendees stepped up to sponsor a Dreamer for our new Dreamer class, we still have a few spots in need of sponsorship and additional scholarship funds to raise. If you or anyone you know is interested in helping sponsor a Dreamer or provide funds to support the new Dreamer Class or the scholarship fund, please contact Lori Canova at 303-444-3636. We look forward to continuing our commitment to low-income youth and their families in Boulder County and cultivating our relationships with our new and continuing sponsors.

Luncheon Thank You
